Bonus Terms and Conditions
The provisions contained herein apply to Casino-Mate. You are not entitled to this title and any other terms: graphics or text with concepts or methodologies when using the site.
The promotion is only valid for a player who has registered a live account on the casino website. Accounts must be registered in the name of the real player. The name of the casino account holder must match the name of the credit card holder. Generally, a mismatch between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the bank card holder used to make the purchase will result in the cancellation of the offer. There is a rule of only one real account per person.
Casino-Mate will be the sole arbiter of the promotional offer. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any promoter who violates the rules may be disqualified.
At the time of play, players must be of legal age according to the legal definition of that term in the player’s jurisdiction and the law. Generally, the minimum age for participation in a game is 18 years old, but the actual maximum is determined by the law of the player’s country. Players must not allow anyone else or a third party, including minors, to participate in the games.
Each clause contained in these terms and conditions is completely self-contained and independent of the other clauses. If any clause is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, all other rules remain in full force and effect. The dates, times, and times stated in these terms and conditions are based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
If any disputes arise, the decision of casino management will be considered complete and final. There is no correspondence with customers.
Any promotion implies acceptance of Casino-Mate’s Terms and Conditions. The Casino-Mate Terms and Conditions may be published in several languages for informational purposes and for easy access by players. In the event of any conflict between the English and non-English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version will always take precedence.
In the event that a player wins an amount that the casino management considers worthy of publicity, the Player agrees to make himself/herself available to participate in any such event organized by the casino. In order to protect the privacy of the player, the casino will do everything possible. By receiving any prizes and winnings from Casino-Mate, the player consents to the use of his/her name for promotional or publicity purposes without additional compensation. Although the casino keeps all of a player’s personal information, we may use a player’s first and last name (e.g., Mary J) in any promotional advertisements.
Wagering
Each bonus has minimum wagering requirements. Here are all the basic wagering rules at Casino-Mate
Minimum Wager Requirements
We give players more control over their account: bonus account balance and cash account balance. If the player has fulfilled the wagering requirements, he can convert the casino bonus credits into real cash. It also has a number of advantages, among which are the following:
- Players have the ability to know which credit is a bonus and which is cash;
- With payout requirements tracking, players can know when bonus credits will become cash credits;
- Participants can track different wagering requirements in different games in order to accelerate bonus credits;
- Players know when and how much cash they can cash out.
Rules
The total balance of the player’s account is made up of the balance of the cash account and the balance of the bonus account. Bonus funds are not cashed out. The money can be withdrawn only after the bonus account balance reaches zero and after 100 or more bets have been placed since registration.
Keep in mind that some games may require you to use a different percentage of your bet – up to 100% – to get the results you want:
- Slots and Parter games count fully (100%) in the game requirements;
- At the same time, all games included in the Classic Slots tab will be counted at 75%;
- For table poker wagering, all roulette, craps, baccarat, sic bo, and Casino War games will count towards the 8% wagering requirement;
- Wagering requirements for video poker and all blackjack are 2%.
- Note: The wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. However, the deposit amount associated with the bonus will be blocked until the wagering requirements are met or the bonus is lost.
Once the wagering requirements are met, the money is automatically transferred from the bonus account to the player’s cash account. The game ends after the player makes a wager on real money. The player has the option to use the bonus account or cash account. First, the bet is withdrawn from the bonus account of the player. If the bonus funds run out, the bet is withdrawn from the cash account. Thus, it means that the funds in the player’s cash account are used only when there is no bonus balance.
Winnings received from bets that were made from the player’s cash account are credited directly to the player’s cash account. Winnings received from bets that were made from the player’s bonus account are transferred to the player’s bonus account.
Please note that “Gamble” and “Double” in video poker do not count towards the wagering requirements. However, it is worth knowing that only initial bets are counted, and all subsequent doublings are paid to the cash account balance.
If a player does not meet the wagering requirements and does not follow the wagering instructions, the casino has the right to remove the bonus within 30 days. To meet the wagering requirements, the maximum wager that can be made is €/$20. If winnings exceed the maximum wager, a 10x penalty is imposed, which is added to the wagering requirement of the bonus. This also applies to wagers on doubling after the end of a game round. For example, wagering the winnings received in-game round X, on black/red.
Any reward or bonus may be withdrawn before the player fulfills the conditions of wagering. Contact player support or use the “Forfeit” button in the “My Account” section. You cannot get more than one bonus from one deposit. Bonuses linked to deposits do not accumulate.
Cash-ins
You cannot deposit money into your account if you have a positive bonus balance. You will have to give up the bonus in case you decide to continue withdrawals. However, there will be a 24-hour waiting period for all withdrawals.
You may contact customer service to return a portion of your funds after the 24-hour waiting period or to request a refund after the 24-hour waiting period. However, the confiscated bonus will not be credited to the player’s account. That is, the player loses the bonus.
In these events, the player must meet the wagering requirements. In this case, the minimum withdrawal amount is €/$20. At the same time, only Club Mate members can forfeit the bonus after the start of wagering this bonus. These points are solely at the discretion of casino management. Each suspicious transfer of funds will be thoroughly checked.
Scratch Card Rules
Bets on any type of scratch card game are considered final after the card has been issued/purchased. No refunds will be given before or after the card has been printed.
Promo Abuse
Casino-Mate management reserves the right to determine whether a game is an abuse of the promotion. Even if it was possible to comply with the above terms and conditions. Among other things, a violation of these terms and conditions will be considered to be an abuse of promotions. In both situations, Casino-Mate management may decide on its own to take action against the abusers:
- Should a player be found to be in violation of the bonuses, Casino-Mate reserves the right to deny that player the first deposit bonuses. The initial deposit will be refunded to the player, but the player will not be able to take advantage of the bonus promotion that has been found to be abusive;
- In many cases, when bonus offers are found to be abused, it may result in the immediate closure of the player’s account;
- In cases of bonus offer abuse, the player may be banned from receiving further promotional offers at Casino-Mate;
- If the casino deems that the player has abused the casino account to use promotional offers and has not demonstrated any degree of risk with personal funds or serious intent to play, the redemption of all promotional offers (including, but not limited to sign-up bonuses) will be suspended until the player shows a history of casino purchases.
Casino-Mate cooperates with and contributes to an industry-wide database of promotional scammers and abusers. Those registered in the database will not be eligible to participate in promotional offers, and the casino reserves the right to block their account or deny them access to Casino-Mate.
Bonuses – General
It is worth noting that a wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. If you believe there are any discrepancies, all decisions will be made in a closed management review. This decision will be final.
In case a player does not want to receive a bonus from the casino, he should contact player support before making a purchase or before wagering.
The minimum deposit for bonuses is $/€20.
Each player can use the welcome offer only once.
The player must select the correct bonus option from the list of bonuses to receive the welcome gift or any additional bonus. For example, to get a 100% welcome bonus and 20 free spins at Zero-Wager, you must select this offer. This method must be used to receive all welcome bonuses or any additional funds on deposit.
Match/Deposit Bonuses
The Initial Welcome Bonus is a 4-Tier Bonus Package that totals 1400 in complimentary credits plus 80 Free Spins. It consists of the following:

The very first welcome bonus offer must be played within seven (7) calendar days after the registration of the game account.
Welcome bonus offers are consecutive and can be claimed only in the above order:
- All maximum welcome bonus amounts are listed in the table above;
- This bonus offer is non-transferable and is only available to the depositor;
- All funds withdrawn from the casino are subject to careful monitoring by the casino. Furthermore, the casino reserves the right to return the welcome bonus and/or any winnings in case of obvious abuse or fraud, and subsequently close the account;
- The welcome bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions currently offered by Casino-Mate. All of these are subject to constant review. Furthermore, the casino reserves the full right to change the promotional offer and wagering conditions at any time.
The bonus will be void if a withdrawal is made before the welcome bonus is credited to the player’s bonus account.
Each bonus is subject to minimum wagering requirements. If a player has been given a sign-up bonus and if they meet all wagering requirements, the maximum withdrawal amount will be capped at $5,000. If any balance remains in the account, it will be forfeited.
Registration bonus refers to the casino’s advertised welcome bonus or any other bonus received for your first purchase at the casino.
To receive any other bonuses (other than the automatically credited welcome bonuses), you must enter the correct bonus code before making a deposit.
Free Spins
Free spins for the first deposit are credited to the account as follows: 20 free spins immediately after the first deposit, then with each subsequent deposit 20 free spins will be added. In total, a player may receive up to 80 free spins on all four levels of the welcome offer. All won funds from these free spins do not require any conditions for wagering. This means that they will be credited to your cash account immediately. Free spins will be valid for up to 48 hours after they have been credited.
Any winnings you receive from the Zero Wager” Free Spins promotion will be credited to your balance, but they are limited to €/$200.
Total winnings from Zero Wager Free Spins and special promotional drawings are subject to a 50x wagering limit, also limited to €/€200. If a player wins more than $/€200 the difference will be deducted from the participant’s account until the cash-in.
No-Deposit Bonuses/Complimentary Bonuses
To receive the bonus, players must register at least one credit card with the service or make a successful pre-purchase by any alternative method.
Due to the fact that the purchase is not necessary, and the winnings returned can be significant, the total winnings for all NO-DEPOSIT bonuses are limited to $/€200. A player who receives more than $/€200 will not be able to withdraw the difference until they meet the cash-in requirements.
Applicable minimum first wagering requirements of fifty times (50x) the amount of that bonus and minimum cash-out requirements.
Weekly Bonuses
Bonuses and promotions can be credited on days of the week only if the player chooses from the list of available bonuses on the deposit page and makes a qualifying deposit of €/$20 or more.
Bonuses cannot be credited retroactively. Transactions made before the successful activation of the promotion do not entitle the customer to receive corresponding bonuses as a reward on purchase, irrespective of the duration of the promotion.
When a customer passes a certain lifecycle stage, he may receive bonuses of 100% or more. Any withdrawal amount, provided all wagering requirements are met, will be limited to a maximum of $5,000.00 and any balance will be forfeited.
Bonus Abuse
Abuse of bonuses is the ability to profit from a bonus or promotion by misusing the promotion and its terms.
If bonus abuse or attempted abuse is suspected, the casino may act at its discretion:
- Withhold, retain or revoke any bonus and promotion from the player;
- Cancel any policy indefinitely;
- Close the player’s access to the casino by blocking the player’s account.
The casino is not obliged to return any funds in the player’s account, with the exception of the original deposit amount and expenses, but from this amount will be deducted casino incurred expenses.
Each game will be screened for non-standard play patterns before any monetary transfer is processed. According to the casino’s policy regarding irregular play, irregular play may include equal, zero, or low-margin bets or hedge bets for purposes of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
In the case of irregular play, the casino reserves the right to withhold any payouts and/or confiscate all winnings.
